Als Junior Mechanical Engineer speel je een cruciale rol in het succes door hoogwaardige matrijzen te ontwerpen en te onderhouden. - Het ontwerpen, optimaliseren, beheren van het gehele matrijzenproces, van concept tot productie; - Het uitvoeren van technische berekeningen en analyses om de prestaties van de matrijzen te verbeteren; - Samenwerken met interne teams, waaronder productie, kwaliteitscontrole en R&D, om de matrijzenontwerpen te optimaliseren en te integreren in het productieproces; - Het identificeren en implementeren van verbeteringen in bestaande matrijzen; - Het oplossen van technische uitdagingen en het bieden van technische ondersteuning aan de productieafdeling. Wij zien graag - Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in werktuigbouwkunde, materiaalkunde of een gerelateerd vakgebied; - Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden; - Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief samen te werken in een team; - Oog voor detail en een streven naar kwaliteit en precisie; - Een proactieve en zelfgestuurde werkhouding.
