Wat ga je doen:In deze rol ben jij de onmisbare schakel op hun kantoor in Utrecht. Geen saaie administratie de hele dag, maar actie! Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor hun professionele klanten, zoals installateurs en detaillisten. Samen met de accountmanagers in de buitendienst vorm je een onverslaanbaar team. De klanten van dit bedrijf bellen jou met vragen over sanitair, verwarming of installatietechniek. Jij denkt met ze mee, adviseert ze over de beste producten en maakt een scherpe offerte. Maar daar stopt het niet: jij belt die offertes ook na om de deal definitief te sluiten. Je ruikt commerciële kansen van mijlenver en weet klanten met jouw enthousiasme te overtuigen. Werkzaamheden🔥 - Klanten adviseren over producten en oplossingen; - Offertes maken en omzetten naar orders; - Contact houden over levertijden en orderstatus; - Telefonisch schakelen met klanten (inkomende belletjes en zelf bellen); - Samenwerken met de buitendienst.
