Taken

  • Je behandelt en volgt kleinere en eenvoudigere schadeclaims op.
  • Je leert hoe je schadedossiers correct analyseert en administratief opvolgt.
  • Je onderhoudt contact met verzekeraars, makelaars en andere betrokken partijen.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de administratieve opvolging van verschillende verzekeringsdossiers.
  • Je leert de geldende procedures en richtlijnen correct toepassen.
  • Je werkt mee aan de analyse van schadegevallen en verzekeringsdossiers.
  • Je krijgt de nodige begeleiding om de specifieke materie en werkwijze aan te leren.
  • Naarmate je meer ervaring opdoet, krijg je de mogelijkheid om steeds complexere dossiers zelfstandig te behandelen.
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring binnen verzekeringen, schadebeheer of een administratieve functie. Schoolverlaters met de juiste motivatie kunnen eveneens in aanmerking komen.
  • Ervaring met verzekeringen of kennis van CMR-verzekeringen is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open om nieuwe materie aan te leren.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en kan zelfstandig taken opnemen.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
