Geen dag hetzelfde! Jij fixt storingen, doet onderhoud en houdt onze hotels soepel draaiende, zodat gasten ongestoord kunnen genieten.

In een hotel dat nooit stilstaat, gebeurt altijd wel iets. Van een lamp die uitvalt tot een keukenapparaat dat hapert. Daarom zoeken wij een Junior Medewerker Technische Dienst die al wat technische ervaring heeft en klaar is om mee te draaien in een dynamische hotelomgeving.

Je zorgt er samen met het team voor dat onze twee hotels soepel blijven functioneren. Je schakelt snel bij storingen, voert onderhoud uit en pakt reparaties op. De afwisseling is groot: van eenvoudig timmerwerk tot technische vraagstukken die net wat meer inzicht vragen. Dankzij jouw inzet blijven kamers beschikbaar en ervaren gasten zo min mogelijk hinder.

Wat ga je doen?

• Zelfstandig oplossen van eerstelijns technische storingen;

• Uitvoeren van (preventief) onderhoud en reparaties aan kamers en faciliteiten;

• Lopen van controlerondes, zoals kamerinspecties, visuele controles en legionella checks;

• Monitoren van installaties en werken met het GBS-systeem;

• Storingen die je niet zelf kunt oplossen, zet je uit bij externe partijen.

Functie-eisen: Wie ben jij? Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar snel schakelen de norm is. Je bent servicegericht, denkt mee en communiceert makkelijk met collega's en andere afdelingen. Je durft je mening te geven, maar verliest het teamgevoel nooit uit het oog.

Duurzaamheid vind je belangrijk, zonder dat het ingewikkeld hoeft te worden: je denkt praktisch en oplossingsgericht. Flexibiliteit zit in je karakter. Je begrijpt dat geen dag hetzelfde is in een hotel dat 24/7 draait.

• Je hebt relevante technische werkervaring. Een stage tellen wij ook zeker mee;

• Je bent bijvoorbeeld net afgestudeerd of aan het begin van je loopbaan;

• Ervaring of basiskennis van elektrotechniek is een pré;
