Voor een dynamisch en groeiend boekhoudkantoor in de regio Hasselt zijn wij op zoek naar een Junior / Medior Dossierbeheerder (M/V/X) met minstens 4 jaar ervaring.

Functieomschrijving

Als dossierbeheerder (M/V/X) krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen dossiers en werk je nauw samen met collega's. Jouw takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Zelfstandig beheren en opvolgen van boekhoudkundige dossiers van A tot Y/Z;
  • Werken met digitale boekhoudpakketten zoals Yuki en Exact Online;
  • Opstellen van tussentijdse en jaarlijkse rapporteringen (balansen, jaarrekeningen, …);
  • Voorbereiden en indienen van btw-aangiftes en fiscale aangiftes;
  • Rechtstreeks contact met klanten en fungeren als aanspreekpunt;
  • Actief meedenken over optimalisaties en deelnemen aan interne kennisdeling.

Profiel:

  • Bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of master in een economische richting (Handelswetenschappen/TEW);
  • Minstens 4 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een boekhoud- of accountantskantoor;
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een goed inzicht in cijfers;
  • Zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en verantwoordelijk;
  • Teamplayer met een proactieve en positieve ingesteldheid;
  • Ambitie om zich verder te ontwikkelen en eventueel een beroepstitel te behalen.
