Als Junior/Medior Full-Stack Ruby Developer werk je aan nieuwe functionaliteiten binnen Caren. Je bent betrokken bij het hele ontwikkelproces: van het eerste idee tot de technische implementatie en de uiteindelijke uitrol. Je produceert niet alleen code, maar denkt actief mee over hoe we onze gebruikers het beste kunnen ondersteunen. Caren is een platform met gevoelige zorggegevens dat dagelijks door bijna één miljoen mensen wordt gebruikt. Dat vraagt om software die betrouwbaar, veilig en schaalbaar is. Je werkt continu aan oplossingen die niet alleen vandaag goed functioneren, maar ook klaar zijn voor de toekomst van de zorg in Nederland. Verantwoordelijkheden Productontwikkeling: Je ontwikkelt nieuwe functionaliteiten die cliënten, naasten en zorgprofessionals helpen beter samen te werken. Eigenaarschap: Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor het volledige ontwikkelproces, van UX en backend tot frontend en release. Kwaliteit: Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, veiligheid en privacy van onze software en zorgt ervoor dat gevoelige gezondheidsgegevens goed beschermd blijven. Schaalbaarheid: Je werkt continu aan het verbeteren van de prestaties en schaalbaarheid van Caren (voor bijna 1 miljoen gebruikers). Betrouwbaarheid: Je draait op termijn mee in de on-call-rotatie om de beschikbaarheid van het platform voor onze gebruikers te waarborgen. Samenwerking Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen Caren én met teams binnen Nedap in Healthcare om onze oplossingen optimaal op elkaar aan te laten sluiten.
