What you'll do - Have screenings with candidates. - Actively source and approach people to spark interest. - Build trust and long-term relationships. - Work closely with experienced recruiters and Dutch partners. - Grow into more responsibility as your confidence grows. Medior - You've worked in recruitment or a commercial role before. - You know how to guide people through a process. - You combine structure with energy. - You still enjoy the human side of the job. For both - Strong English communication skills. - Openness to feedback. - A proactive, positive attitude. - Bachelor's degree.
