Bij Executive Mobility Group (EMG) zoeken we een Junior/Medior Relocation & Immigration Manager die ons team komt versterken. Over EMG EMG is hét expertisecentrum voor internationale mobiliteit. Wij ondersteunen internationals en hun werkgevers bij alle aspecten van internationale uitzendingen. Onze pay-off is niet voor niets With you all the way ; wij zijn de partner die de cliënt door het gehele proces begeleidt. We werken veelal voor Business to Business klanten die vertrouwen op onze expertise. Binnen ons kantoor heerst een platte organisatiestructuur. De lijnen zijn kort en de sfeer is open. Omdat wij een totaaloplossing bieden, werk je niet op een eiland, maar schakel je dagelijks met collega-specialisten (bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van belastingadvies) om tot het beste advies te komen. Wat ga je doen Als Relocation & Immigration Manager ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor expats en hun werkgevers. Je begeleidt het volledige proces van A tot Z. Hierbij zorg je niet alleen voor een soepele overgang naar Nederland, maar doe je er ook alles aan om ervoor te zorgen dat zij zich hier echt thuis voelen, in lijn met onze belofte: With you all the way . Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit - Het voorbereiden en indienen van aanvragen voor visa, verblijfs- en werkvergunningen bij de IND. - Het coördineren van de relocatie, zoals het zoeken naar geschikte huisvesting en begeleiden bij scholen voor de kinderen. - Het assisteren van expats bij de registratie bij de gemeente en het openen van een bankrekening. - Het proactief informeren en adviseren van HR-afdelingen over actuele immigratiewetgeving. - Intensief samenwerken en communiceren met interne specialisten om de expat v...
