Voor ons accountantskantoor in Den Haag zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste junior en medior salarisadministrateur die met plezier werkt aan salarisverwerking én klantadvies. Over de DNHK De DNHK begeleidt als netwerkorganisatie én dienstverlener Duitse en Nederlandse bedrijven die in het buurland zakendoen. Met een team van ongeveer 45 collega's uit beide landen beschikken wij over een indrukwekkend relatie- en klantennetwerk. Werken bij DNHK betekent werken in een internationale, dynamische omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is. Reken op voldoende uitdaging, afwisseling en inhoudelijke diepgang in je werk. Wat ga je doen? Je maakt deel uit van een gespecialiseerd salarisadministratieteam binnen de DNHK. Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid. Als medior salarisadministrateur: - Ben je zelfstandig verantwoordelijk voor je eigen klantenportefeuille - Verzorg je volledig de salarisadministraties voor diverse MKB-klanten - Ben je het aanspreekpunt voor werkgevers en HR - Adviseer je klanten proactief over loonadministratie wet- en regelgeving cao's personele mutaties en optimalisatie - Signaleer je kansen en knelpunten en vertaal je deze naar praktisch advies - Werk je nauw samen met collega's binnen het accountantskantoor Als junior salarisadministrateur: - Werk je mee aan salarisadministraties onder begeleiding - Heb je dagelijks contact met klanten - Leer je alles over loonstroken, cao's en wetgeving - Groei je stap voor stap naar zelfstandigheid en eigen klantverantwoordelijkheid Wat breng jij mee?
