X BBB Junior Mendix Developer, Den Haag, Hybride Voor Ministerie van Defensie zijn wij op zoek naar een Junior Mendix Developer. Opdracht: De Koninklijke Marechaussee (KMar), onderdeel van het ministerie van Defensie, zit in een transitie naar een informatie gestuurde organisatie die daardoor effectiever en efficiënter optreedt. Een organisatie die, zo nodig in samenwerking met partners, tijdelijk zwaartepunten aanbrengt in de uitvoering van een taak of een bepaald gebied en daardoor in staat is om daadkrachtig op te treden en zodoende een betrouwbare en flexibele organisatie te zijn voor de veiligheid van de staat waardoor zij meerwaarde biedt voor haar gezag en de keten. Technologische of juridische veranderingen leiden tot vernieuwing in bestaande operationele capabilities. Een voorbeeld hiervan is de grenspassage op vliegvelden. De essentie van het optreden blijft gelijk, maar technologische ontwikkelingen dwingen de KMar haar werkwijze, infrastructuur en informatievoorziening voortdurend aan te passen en daarmee ook de hulpmiddelen en de opleiding van het personeel. De toename van mobiliteit en communicatiemogelijkheden maken dreigingen minder lokaal en nopen tot een andere besturing. Het belang van samenwerking neemt daardoor toe. Niet alleen verbetert samenwerking de prestaties van de KMar, het stelt ook eisen aan de werkwijze in het algemeen en het gebruik en delen van informatie in het bijzonder. Bovendien neemt het aantal partijen waarmee samengewerkt wordt steeds toe. De veelheid aan taken van de Marechaussee, de snel veranderende situaties waarin hij of zij zich kan bevinden en de dynamiek daarin vereisen dat die Marechaussee steeds geïnformeerd moet zijn over zijn situatie. Eigenlijk willen we dat hij of zij steeds optimaal geïnformeerd is en daarmee beschikt over informatiedominantie. Wat gebeurt er op dit moment in mijn directe omgeving? Welke middelen heb ik tot mijn beschikking om daar adequaat op te reagere...
