Junior Merchandiser in regio Rotterdam - EINDHOVEN - 32 - 40 uur per week - MBO 3/4 - €3000 - €3500 per maand - Commercieel Ga voor deze organisatie uit Eindhoven zelfstandig op klantbezoek bij bouwwinkels en help ze met het optimaliseren van de merchandise. Wat je gaat doen Als Junior Merchandiser ben jij het gezicht op de winkelvloer. Vanuit Eindhoven ben je regelmatig onderweg naar bouwmarkten en klanten in de regio Rotterdam, waar jij zorgt dat impulsartikelen op de juiste plek staan, er verzorgd uitzien en commercieel aantrekkelijk worden gepresenteerd. Je hebt gevoel voor wat werkt in een winkelomgeving. Je ziet kansen, pakt ze op en denkt actief mee over hoe producten beter kunnen renderen. Dat doe je niet alleen door goed te schappen, maar ook door een goede relatie op te bouwen met de mensen in de winkel. Jij bent het vaste gezicht dat ze kennen en vertrouwen. Je werkt zelfstandig, plant je eigen dag in en krijgt veel vrijheid in hoe je je werk organiseert. Tegelijk ben je onderdeel van een betrokken team dat samen resultaat nastreeft. Wat jij krijgt - Een veelzijdige en zelfstandige functie binnen een professioneel, ambitieus én gezellig team; - Je hebt direct invloed op de commerciële resultaten bij klanten; - Volop ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen, bijvoorbeeld via trainingen; - Salaris tussen de €3000 en €3500; - Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, auto van de zaak en aantrekkelijke personeelskortingen; - Korte lijnen, een fijne werksfeer en veel eigen verantwoordelijkheid.
