The posting

Bij een specialist in industriële automatisering in Weert werk je aan de elektrotechnische uitvoering van machine- en installatieprojecten. Als junior monteur besturingstechniek bekabel je installaties, sluit je componenten aan en ondersteun je bij de inbedrijfstelling. Je installeert nieuwe machines, past bestaande besturingen aan en helpt bij het verhuizen van productielijnen. Daarbij houd je rekening met de veiligheid en met productieprocessen die tijdens de werkzaamheden zoveel mogelijk moeten doorgaan. In de dagelijkse praktijk wissel je montage en bekabeling af met testen, storingen zoeken en het reviseren van elektrotechnische schema’s. Ook mechanisch werk, zoals het aanleggen van kabelwegen, hoort erbij. Je werkt samen met ervaren collega’s die je begeleiden bij technische keuzes en de uitvoering. Zo bouw je stap voor stap kennis op van besturingsinstallaties en ontwikkel je je verder in montage, foutzoeken en inbedrijfstelling. Functie-inhoud - Bekabelen, monteren en aansluiten van elektrotechnische besturingsinstallaties - Installeren van nieuwe machines en aanpassen van bestaande installaties - Ondersteunen bij inbedrijfstelling en het verhuizen van productielijnen - Testen van besturingsinstallaties en verhelpen van elektrische storingen - Aanleggen van kabelwegen en uitvoeren van mechanische montagewerkzaamheden - Lezen en reviseren van elektrotechnische schema’s en tekeningen - Veilig werken en productieonderbrekingen tijdens aanpassingen zoveel mogelijk beperken Functie-eisen - Minimaal mbo 3-werk- en -denkniveau en een afgeronde opleiding Elektrotechniek of Mechatronica - 0 tot 3 jaar relevante werkervaring als monteur in industriële automatisering - VCA-basis en een NEN 3140-certificaat, of bereidheid deze te behalen - Je kunt elektrotechnische schema’s lezen en reviseren en mechanische werkzaamheden uitvoeren - Kennis van pneumatiek, hydrauliek en ATEX - Je wilt je ontwikkelen, stelt prioriteiten en bent bereid tot buitenlandse projecten en extr.
