Functieomschrijving Jij houdt van aanpakken, bent graag onderweg en vindt het leuk om elke dag ergens anders te werken. Als leerling monteur bij Veneta.com stap je 's ochtends samen met een ervaren shutter monteur de bus in vanuit regio Den Haag en rijd je naar klanten in Den Haag en omgeving. Nieuwe huizen, nieuwe klanten en soms zelfs een BN'er. Geen dag is hetzelfde en dat is precies wat jij zoekt. Je leert het vak in de praktijk. Geen droge schoolbanken, maar gewoon doen. Samen met je collega monteer je raamdecoratie en leer je stap voor stap alles wat je nodig hebt om door te groeien naar zelfstandig shutter monteur. De uitdaging Als leerling monteur ben je veel onderweg en altijd in beweging. Om 8.00 uur sta je bij de eerste klant en werk je rustig en zorgvuldig aan een strak eindresultaat. Kwaliteit staat bij Veneta altijd voorop. Is er iets veranderd in huis, zoals net gestucte muren of een andere situatie dan verwacht? Dan denk jij mee en zoek je samen met je collega naar de beste oplossing. Loopt een klus wat uit, dan stem je dit af met de planning. Teamwork dus. Je wordt gekoppeld aan een ervaren monteur die je alles leert. Van montage tot slim omgaan met onverwachte situaties. Zo groei je in ongeveer 2 tot 3 jaar door naar zelfstandig shutter monteur. Aan het einde van de dag rijd je met een voldaan gevoel terug en sluit je samen met collega's de dag af.
