In Kampen krijg je de kans om het vak in de praktijk verder te leren. Een mooie startersfunctie voor iemand die graag met techniek bezig is en zich breed wil ontwikkelen. Wat ga je doen? Als junior monteur technische dienst help je mee om het machinepark en de gebouwen in goede conditie te houden. Je werkt onder andere aan zaagmachines, CNC-machines en andere technische installaties die worden gebruikt voor de verwerking van tropisch hardhout. Je ondersteunt bij preventief onderhoud en gaat samen met ervaren collega's op zoek naar de oorzaak en oplossing van technische storingen. Daarbij krijg je met verschillende technieken te maken, waaronder elektrotechniek, hydrauliek, pneumatiek en besturingstechniek. Je hoeft dit nog niet allemaal volledig te beheersen. Jouw collega's nemen je mee in het werk en leren je steeds meer, zodat je werkzaamheden uiteindelijk zelfstandig kunt uitvoeren. Ook buiten het machinepark is er genoeg te doen. Je helpt bijvoorbeeld mee bij technische verbeteringen en nieuwbouwprojecten en voert onderhoud uit aan gebouwen en gereedschappen. Van een storing aan een machine tot een kleine reparatie in het pand: juist die afwisseling geeft je de kans om jezelf breed te ontwikkelen. Wat vragen wij van jou? We zoeken een échte aanpakker met technisch inzicht die graag sleutelt, problemen wil leren oplossen en niet bang is om de handen uit de mouwen te steken. Je bent nieuwsgierig naar hoe machines en installaties werken en staat ervoor open om nieuwe technieken te leren.
