We zijn sinds kort op een prachtige nieuwe locatie in Aalsmeer gevestigd (voorheen zaten we meer dan 25 jaar in Hoofddorp) en heel gestaag zet onze groei door. Word jij onze nieuwe collega? Wij zoeken een Senior ICT Support Engineer Ben jij een ervaren ICT-supportprofessional die verder wil kijken dan alleen het oplossen van tickets? Als Senior ICT Support Engineer bij Mackaay ICT Services combineer je techniek en klantcontact met verantwoordelijkheid voor kwaliteit en verbetering. Je bewaakt de servicedesk, lost zelfstandig technische verstoringen op en denkt actief mee over slimmere procedures, betere documentatie en de ICT-omgeving van klanten. Je krijgt daarbij veel vrijheid en ruimte voor eigen initiatief. Mackaay werkt met een klein en betrokken team, waardoor de lijnen kort zijn en jouw ideeën er echt toe doen. Wij zoeken een Junior ICT Support Engineer Wil jij van jouw interesse in ICT echt je vak maken? Bij Mackaay ICT Services krijg je als Junior ICT Support Engineer de kans om veel praktijkervaring op te doen en jezelf stap voor stap te ontwikkelen. Je helpt klanten met hun dagelijkse ICT-vragen, werkt met onder meer Microsoft 365, werkplekken en netwerken en leert van ervaren collega's. Geen dag is hetzelfde: je werkt aan supportvragen, technische problemen, projecten én verbeteringen. Daarbij krijg je volop begeleiding en mogelijkheden om opleidingen en certificeringen te volgen.
