Heb jij interesse in internationale logistiek en zeevracht? Ben je een schoolverlater of heb je al een eerste werkervaring binnen logistiek of transport? Wil je graag leren hoe internationale zeevrachtzendingen worden georganiseerd en opgevolgd? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Voor onze zeevrachtafdeling zoeken we een enthousiaste Junior Ocean Import Specialist die graag de kneepjes van het vak wil leren binnen een dynamische en internationale freight forwarding omgeving.

Jouw rol Als Junior Ocean Import Specialist ondersteun je het importteam bij de dagelijkse opvolging van zeevrachtzendingen. Je zorgt ervoor dat dossiers correct worden verwerkt en leert stap voor stap hoe je importdossiers operationeel beheert.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Ondersteunen bij de operationele opvolging van importdossiers

Meehelpen bij het organiseren en opvolgen van internationale zeevrachtzendingen

Opstellen, verwerken en controleren van transportdocumentatie Administratieve verwerking van importdossiers

Doorgeven van douane-instructies aan de douaneafdeling Ondersteunen bij facturatie en dossierafhandeling Contact onderhouden met klanten, leveranciers en internationale partners Samenwerken met ervaren collega's om operationele uitdagingen op te lossen Wat breng je mee?

Je hebt een diploma binnen logistiek, transport, supply chain of een andere relevante richting, of gelijkwaardig door interesse en motivatie

Een eerste werkervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste Maritieme of logistieke voorkennis is een pluspunt

Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede basiskennis Engels

Je kan goed overweg met MS Office Kennis van CargoWise is een plus, maar geen must
