Zoek jij een zelfstandige, verantwoorde functie binnen de maritieme en offshore wereld waarin je een echt ambacht leert voor de lange termijn? Bij onze opdrachtgever in IJmuiden leert een ervaren coach jou in 2 tot 3 maanden alle kneepjes van het inspectievak. We zoeken géén theoretische kandidaten met kantoorambities, maar ook géén monteurs die alleen aan motoren willen sleutelen. We zoeken een gedreven doener met gezond verstand die keuringen uitvoert, procedures volgt en helder communiceert.

Als Junior Offshore Inspecteur voer je visuele veiligheidsinspecties uit op windturbines, werkschepen en boorplatforms op de Noordzee en in de havens.

Wat ga je doen?

- April t/m oktober: Intensieve offshore periode met inspecties op windparken en platforms op de Noordzee. Hierbij ben je regelmatig meer dan een week achter elkaar van huis en aan boord van schepen.

- Rest van het jaar: Inspecties van hijskranen, klimvesten, helidecks en duiksystemen op schepen en in havens (dagklussen en kortere reizen).

Belangrijk om te weten: je sleutelt of repareert zelf niet, maar voert nauwkeurige inspecties uit op basis van protocollen. Je bereidt je klussen zelfstandig en grondig voor, duikt in de regelgeving en meldt je bevindingen helder op locatie. Omdat je rechtstreeks schakelt met kapiteins, scheepsleiding en internationale bemanning, sta je stevig in je schoenen en communiceer je altijd professioneel en kordaat.

- Instelling & Ambitie: Een praktische doener met gezond verstand die bewust kiest voor het inspectievak voor de lange termijn (geen studie- of kantoorplannen voor de nabije toekomst). - Fysiek fit: Je krijgt energie van het idee dat je windmolens kan beklimmen en langer op zee bent. - Professionele Communicatie: Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en basis Engels. Je bent representatief, kordaat en durft als volwaardig gesprekspartner te communiceren met kapiteins en bemanning op locatie. - Flexibiliteit & Reizen: Geen last van zeeziekte en bereid om regel
