Jouw contactpersoon Jasper Fokker, Senior Adviseur Civiele Techniek Junior Omgevingsmanager Als junior-omgevingsmanager maak je deel uit van een tender- en/of projectteam, waarbij je samenwerkt met de aanwezige omgevingsmanager. Je opereert binnen het projectteam onder leiding van de projectmanager en bent lid van het IPM-team. Je neemt actief deel aan interne overleggen en overleggen met opdrachtgevers en stakeholders. Je legt proactief contacten en hebt uitstekende vaardigheden op het gebied van relatiebeheer met externe partijen. Het uiteindelijke doel van omgevingsmanagement is om het ontwerp- en uitvoeringsproces volgens planning te laten verlopen, met tevredenheid van de omgeving. Je werkzaamheden omvatten onder andere: - Communicatie met bewoners, zowel bij het afstemmen van het ontwerp als tijdens de uitvoeringsfase. Je fungeert als escalatiepunt voor de uitvoerder. - Aansturen en coördineren van de milieucoördinator binnen het project. - Verkrijgen van benodigde onderzoeken, zoals NGE (Niet Gesprongen Explosieven), archeologie, etc. - Verkrijgen van de ZRO (Zakelijk Recht Overeenkomst) en werkstroken. - Opstellen van een plan van aanpak voor specifieke processen of aanbestedingen. - Verantwoordelijk voor communicatie met stakeholders. - Verkrijgen van vergunningen. - Voldoen aan eisen van bevoegde instanties. - Bijdragen aan het schrijven van ontwerpstukken in het VO (Voorontwerp) en UO (Uitvoeringsontwerp). - Coördineren van eventuele subcontractors, stakeholders en raakvlakken. - Beheren van registers met klachten, schade en vergunningen. In deze rol draag je bij aan het soepel verlopen van projecten en zorg je voor een goede communicatie met alle betrokken partijen.
