Functie

Als junior onderhoudstechnieker met focus op elektriciteit en automatisatie werk je mee aan de betrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie van onze 'state of the art' productieomgeving.

Je combineert praktisch onderhoudswerk met het analyseren van storingen en krijgt de kans om stap voor stap nieuwe technieken te leren. Je ondersteunt je collega’s bij het onderhouden en optimaliseren van elektrische installaties, aandrijfsystemen en besturingscomponenten.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Opsporen en herstellen van elektrische storingen aan machines en installaties (met ondersteuning waar nodig)
  • Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan elektrische en geautomatiseerde systemen
  • Afstellen en onderhouden van aandrijfsystemen en servotechnieken Onder begeleiding analyseren en bijsturen van PLC-gestuurde processen
  • Ondersteunen bij industriële netwerken en I/O-communicatie Meewerken aan het beheer en back-up van besturingssystemen
  • Samenwerken en elkaar ondersteunen binnen het team techniek

Profiel

Wat breng je mee?

  • Je hebt een diploma elektromechanica, elektriciteit of automatisatie (of je studeert binnenkort af)
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in industriële onderhoudstechnieken
  • Je hebt basiskennis van, of wil je je verder verdiepen in het lezen en interpreteren van elektrische schema’s Foutopsporing op PLC-gestuurde installaties Aandrijftechniek en servomechanismen Industriële communicatie (bv. veldbussen, I/O-netwerken)
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, leergierig en werkt graag samen in teamverband
  • Je bent gemotiveerd om je verder te ontwikkelen via interne en externe opleidingen
