Als Junior Onderhoudsmonteur werk je binnen een dynamische productieomgeving waar een groot en technisch machinepark iedere dag volop draait. Jij zorgt er samen met ervaren Monteurs voor dat productiemachines en installaties zo goed mogelijk blijven functioneren. Een stilstaande machine kan namelijk direct invloed hebben op de productie. Daarom is het belangrijk dat storingen snel worden gevonden en goed worden opgelost. Je houdt je bezig met zowel preventief als correctief onderhoud. Tijdens gepland onderhoud controleer je machines en onderdelen op slijtage, vervuiling en andere technische problemen. Je vervangt onderdelen waar nodig en voert controles en metingen uit. Ontstaat er tijdens de productie een storing? Dan ga je samen met je collega's op zoek naar de oorzaak. Met jouw elektrotechnische kennis analyseer je het probleem en zorg je ervoor dat de machine weer veilig en betrouwbaar kan worden ingezet. Als Junior Onderhoudsmonteur krijg je te maken met verschillende technieken binnen het machinepark. Denk aan elektromotoren, sensoren, schakelkasten, bekabeling en besturingssystemen. Hierdoor blijft je werk afwisselend en leer je iedere dag bij. Je werkt nauw samen met operators en andere monteurs.
