Onze klant is een internationale voedingsproducent die zijn technisch team uitbreidt en wil investeren in startend technisch talent. Daarom zoeken ze een gemotiveerde persoon die zich wil ontwikkelen tot onderhoudstechnieker in een hoogtechnologische, geautomatiseerde omgeving.

Wat ga je doen?

Als startend onderhoudstechnieker leer je tijdens een uitgebreid opleidingstraject hoe je het hoogtechnologische machinepark draaiende houdt. Je werkt in drie ploegen en voert tijdens jouw shift preventief en curatief onderhoud uit.

Je werk is afwisselend en omvat mechanica, elektriciteit, elektronica, pneumatica en automatisatie. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende installaties, zoals versnijdingsmachines, ovens, sorteermachines en verpakkingsmachines. Daarbij leer je werken met elektrische bekabeling, sensoren, kleppen, PLC-sturingen, frequentieregelaars en elektromotoren.

Je hebt aandacht voor terugkerende storingen en rapporteert jouw bevindingen volgens de afgesproken procedures. Jouw ideeën om het machinepark verder te verbeteren zijn welkom.

Afhankelijk van jouw interesse en ontwikkeling krijg je ook de kans om mee te werken aan machineombouw, de installatie van nieuwe machines en technische optimalisatieprojecten.

Je hebt recent een technisch diploma behaald in elektromechanica of een aanverwante richting. Dankzij jouw opleiding beschik je over een goede basiskennis van industriële technieken, zoals elektriciteit, mechanica, pneumatica en PLC-sturingen.

Ben je sterker in mechanica en heb je een basiskennis elektriciteit, of net omgekeerd? Je krijgt de nodige opleiding om jouw technische kennis verder uit te bouwen. Werkervaring is voor deze startersfunctie niet vereist.

Je werkt graag hands-on en in teamverband. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid op en gaat georganiseerd te werk. Je bent leergierig en gemotiveerd om de oorzaak van een storing te achterhalen en een oplossing te vinden.

Je bent bereid om in een drieploegenstelsel te werken.
