Als Junior Ontwerper word je stap voor stap meegenomen in het ontwerpen van infrastructurele projecten. • Civiele ontwerpen maken: je werkt wegen, tracés en andere infrastructurele onderdelen technisch uit. • 3D-modellen opbouwen: je vertaalt projecteisen naar duidelijke en bruikbare digitale ontwerpen. • Ontwerpen aanpassen: wijzigingen vanuit het project verwerk je nauwkeurig in het ontwerp. • Technische gegevens controleren: je kijkt kritisch naar uitgangspunten, maatvoering en aangeleverde informatie. • Projectteams ondersteunen: je werkt samen met ervaren ontwerpers, engineers en andere technische disciplines. • Inhouse samenwerken: je draait regelmatig mee binnen de projectorganisatie van de opdrachtgever. • Kennis uitwisselen: tijdens het wekelijkse teammoment bespreek je projecten, oplossingen en nieuwe technieken. • Steeds zelfstandiger werken: naarmate je groeit, krijg je complexere ontwerpvraagstukken onder je hoede.

Functie-eisen: Je hoeft nog geen jarenlange ervaring op zak te hebben. Technische nieuwsgierigheid, ruimtelijk inzicht en de wil om een goede ontwerper te worden zijn hier minstens zo belangrijk. • Technische opleiding: MBO of HBO Civiele Techniek, Infra, GWW of een vergelijkbare richting. • Starter of eerste ervaring: afgestudeerd of al jouw eerste meters gemaakt binnen civieltechnisch ontwerp. • Interesse in 3D-ontwerp: je wilt jezelf ontwikkelen in moderne ontwerpsoftware en digitale projectomgevingen. • Civil 3D of OpenRoads: ervaring met één van deze programma's is een grote pré. • Ruimtelijk inzicht: je begrijpt hoe een ontwerp op het scherm uiteindelijk buiten gerealiseerd moet worden. • Leergierige houding: je vraagt door, neemt kennis van ervaren collega's mee en wilt steeds zelfstandiger worden. • Flexibele instelling: je vindt het leuk om op verschillende projecten en locaties te werken.
