JOUW ROL CEVA Logistics breidt haar commerciële airfreight-afdeling uit met een nieuw teamlid. Daarom zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Junior Operational Account Manager die het verschil wil maken. In deze rol krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over een aantal bestaande accounts. Vanwege hun potentie en omvang verdienen deze klanten extra aandacht, en daar kom jij in beeld. Je zorgt voor optimale klanttevredenheid, behoudt en ontwikkelt relaties en benut commerciële kansen om de samenwerking verder uit te bouwen. Je werkt nauw samen met het Customer Service Team op onze locatie in Schiphol-Rijk en rapporteert aan de National Customer Service Manager. Als Junior Account Manager ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor meerdere luchtvrachtklanten. Je bent dagelijks in contact met klanten via e-mail, telefoon en ons CRM systeem. Jij houdt het overzicht én bewaakt de voortgang. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - Het bijhouden en optimaliseren van Standard Operating Procedures; - Cross- en upselling en het identificeren van nieuwe groeimogelijkheden binnen bestaande accounts; - Het onderhouden en verdiepen van klantrelaties; - Het opstellen van commerciële plannen binnen de gestelde richtlijnen; - Analyseren en presenteren van prestaties, forecasts en financiële rapportages aan klant en management; - Initiëren en leiden van verbeterprojecten om onze service continu te optimaliseren; - Zorgen voor het behalen van klant-KPI's en ingrijpen waar nodig. - Je fungeert als escalatie punt; - Je ondersteunt de Senior Account Manage...
