Je krijgt intensieve begeleiding, werkt met moderne machines en ontwikkelt jezelf stap voor stap tot een volwaardig operator. 1 Dit ga je doen Als Junior Operator leer je het vak volledig in de praktijk. Je werkt met moderne productiemachines en wordt begeleid door ervaren collega's, zodat je jezelf stap voor stap ontwikkelt tot een zelfstandig operator. Vanaf je eerste werkdag draag je bij aan een veilig en efficiënt productieproces. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Instellen en bedienen van productiemachines - Controleren van de kwaliteit en voortgang van het productieproces - Signaleren en oplossen van kleine technische storingen - Uitvoeren van controles aan machines en producten - Samenwerken met collega's om de productieplanning te behalen Je werkt in een 5-ploegendienst, waardoor je gemiddeld 34 uur per week werkt en profiteert van een fulltime salaris. 2 Dit krijg je - Salaris vanaf €3.600 bruto per maand, inclusief toeslagen - 34-urige werkweek met fulltime salaris - Opleiding tot operator in de praktijk - Uitzicht op een vast contract 3 Dit ben je - Technische interesse (bijvoorbeeld sleutelen of werken met techniek) - Bereidheid om in een 5-ploegendienst te werken - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal 4 Hier ga je werken Je komt terecht bij een innovatieve producent die hoogwaardige technische folies ontwikkelt voor uiteenlopende toepassingen binnen de industrie.
