Wat ga je doen In deze dynamische leerwerkfunctie werk je nauw samen met een ervaren collega. Stap voor stap leer je hoe je een moderne productielijn zelfstandig bedient voor het snijden, raspen en verpakken van kaas. Als Operator bestaan jouw werkzaamheden uit: - Het secuur instellen, bedienen en controleren van de productiemachines; - Het bewaken van de kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid en strenge hygiënerichtlijnen; - Het signaleren en zelfstandig oplossen van kleine technische storingen; - Het nauwkeurig registreren van productiegegevens en materiaalverbruik; - Het proactief meedenken over procesverbeteringen op de werkvloer.
