Junior Operator Sint-Michielsgestel Krijg jij energie van het behouden van overzicht, het signaleren van afwijkingen en het vinden van slimme oplossingen? Ben je leergierig, technisch aangelegd en werk je nauwkeurig? Dan is dit jouw kans om je te ontwikkelen tot een volwaardige Operator in de duurzame energiesector! Als Junior Operator werk je vanuit ons Bedrijfsvoeringscentrum (BVC) in Sint‑Michielsgestel. Samen met zo'n 15 collega's werk je in een 5‑ploegenrooster, met steeds 3 operators per ploeg. Je ondersteunt bij het op afstand beheren van onze opwek‑ en distributie‑installaties voor onze warmtenetten door heel Nederland. Je start met duidelijk afgebakende taken, werkt onder begeleiding van ervaren Operators én volgt opleidingen om je stap voor stap richting zelfstandige inzetbaarheid te ontwikkelen. Deze functie is de perfecte springplank waarbij je mag rekenen op: - Een gestructureerd opleidingsprogramma waarin je interne én externe trainingen volgt; - Begeleiding door ervaren Operators, die je coachen in techniek, prioritering en veilig handelen; - Een duidelijk groeipad, waarbij je van begeleid uitvoeren van deelprocessen doorgroeit naar zelfstandig beheren van complete opweklocaties; - Certificeringen die je helpen om je technische loopbaan verder vorm te geven; - Een energiewereld als leeromgeving, waarin je werkt met moderne installaties en echte praktijkcases. Je hoeft dus nog niet alles te kunnen. Als jij nieuwsgierig, leergierig en technisch ingesteld bent, zorgen wij dat je de rest leert. Wat je gaat doen In deze juniorfunctie voer je operationele werkzaamheden uit die bijdragen aan het veilig en betrouwbaar functioneren van onze installaties. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het bedienen van deelprocessen vanuit het BVC of op locatie volgens vaste procedures. - Het monitoren van kleinere installaties verspreid over Nederland, waarbij je meldingen correct afhandelt en standaardafwijkingen tijdig si...
