In deze innovatieve productielocatie in Bergen op Zoom wordt huishoudelijk afval omgezet in een hoogwaardige grondstof die opnieuw gebruikt kan worden in de kunststofindustrie. Een technologie die uniek is in de wereld én waar jij onderdeel van kunt zijn. Heb jij ervaring als operator of in een productieomgeving en affiniteit met techniek? Dan is dit jouw kans om mee te bouwen aan een revolutionaire fabriek met volop doorgroeimogelijkheden. Wat ga je doen? Als Operator zorg jij ervoor dat het productieproces veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning verloopt. Je houdt de installaties scherp in de gaten, grijpt in waar nodig en zorgt ervoor dat de productie continu door kan draaien. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Proces bewaken: Je bedient en controleert moderne productie-installaties; Storingen oplossen: Je signaleert afwijkingen en verhelpt kleine storingen zelfstandig; Kwaliteit waarborgen: Je controleert of het productieproces volgens de juiste specificaties verloopt; Onderhoud ondersteunen: Je onderhoudt installaties en zorgt ervoor dat machines optimaal blijven functioneren; Veilig werken: Je houdt jouw werkplek schoon, overzichtelijk en werkt volgens de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften. Wat kun jij? Je hoeft geen operatoropleiding te hebben gevolgd. Heb jij ervaring binnen een productieomgeving en technisch inzicht? Dan leren wij je de rest. Wij zoeken iemand die: Ervaring heeft in een productie- of technische omgeving; Affiniteit heeft met techniek en graag met installaties werkt; Nederlands én Engels kan lezen en begrijpen; Bereid is om te starten in een 2-ploegendienst en later door te groeien naar een 5-ploegendienst; Verantwoordelijkheid neemt en graag samenwerkt. Wat krijg je? Startsalaris vanaf €3800,- (incl. toeslag) Beginnen in 2-ploegendienst met

respectievelijk 25% ploegentoeslag; Uiteindelijk willen we uitgroeien naar 5-ploegen; Reiskosten vergoeding; Vakantie geld uitbetaald in mei; Toffe collega's en een gloednieuwe werkomgeving.
