Dan is dit jouw kans. Voor een innovatieve producent binnen de kunststofverwerkende industrie zoeken wij een leergierige Junior Operator die het spuitgietvak van ervaren professionals wil leren. Functieomschrijving Je start met een uitgebreid inwerk- en opleidingstraject waarbij je stap voor stap wordt meegenomen in het volledige productieproces. Onder begeleiding van ervaren collega's ontwikkel je jezelf tot zelfstandig operator binnen de spuitgieterij. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Ondersteunen van het productieproces; - Leren instellen en bedienen van spuitgietmachines; - Assisteren bij matrijswissels; - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles; - Leren herkennen en oplossen van procesverstoringen; - Actief deelnemen aan opleidingen en trainingen; - Meegroeien naar een zelfstandige functie binnen de organisatie. Functie eisen Voor deze functie vinden wij motivatie en leergierigheid belangrijker dan jarenlange ervaring. Wij zoeken iemand met: - Een technische opleiding of aantoonbare technische affiniteit; - Interesse in productieprocessen en techniek; - Een leergierige en nieuwsgierige instelling; - Doorzettingsvermogen en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel; - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden; - Een positieve houding en teamgerichte instelling.
