The posting

Office Sense is een sociaal secretariaat in Duffel. Wij ondersteunen ondernemers bij payroll, personeelsadministratie en sociaal-juridische vragen.

Wij zoeken een junior payroll advisor / dossierbeheerder in opleiding. Ervaring in payroll of HR is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste. Wat voor ons veel belangrijker is: hoe jij denkt.

Payroll is meer dan gegevens verwerken. Het gaat over logisch nadenken, verbanden leggen, nauwkeurig lezen en kritisch kijken naar alles wat je ziet.

Zie jij snel wanneer iets niet lijkt te kloppen? Stel jij spontaan de vraag: “Waarom is dit bedrag anders dan vorige maand?” Denk jij verder dan de taak die letterlijk gevraagd wordt? Dan kan deze functie goed bij jou passen.

In deze rol leer je stap voor stap hoe je loondossiers correct verwerkt en klanten ondersteunt bij hun personeelsadministratie. Je krijgt begeleiding, maar we zoeken iemand die actief wil leren, zelf nadenkt en informatie niet zomaar klakkeloos overneemt.

Jouw taken

Je leert onder meer:

  • lonen verwerken;
  • prestaties, afwezigheden en contractgegevens controleren;
  • arbeidsovereenkomsten en sociale documenten voorbereiden;
  • sectorregels, barema’s en juridische infobladen opzoeken;
  • afwijkingen of fouten in dossiers signaleren;
  • klanten ondersteunen bij payrollvragen.

Bijvoorbeeld: als je een contract opmaakt voor een student die op zaterdag werkt, denk je niet alleen: “Ik vul het uurloon in.” Je vraagt je ook af: “Geldt hier misschien een ander uurloon of een toeslag?”

Of wanneer vakantiegeld in mei een ander bedrag geeft dan in juni, neem je dat niet zomaar over. Je vraagt je af: “Hoe komt dat verschil?”

Dat kritisch denkvermogen is voor ons essentieel.

  • een persoon zonder ervaring met interesse in HR, cijfers of sociale wetgeving;
  • iemand met een eerste administratieve of HR-ervaring;
  • een junior payrollmedewerker die verder wil groeien;
  • iemand met een bachelor HR, rechtspraktijk, bedrijfsmanagement of gelijkaardig.

Je hoeft nog geen expert te zijn. Payroll leer je niet op enkele weken. Wij investeren graag in opleiding, maar zoeken iemand die dat engagement ook ernstig neemt.
