De komende periode zetten we de volgende stap: het verder uitbouwen, professionaliseren en verfijnen van onze payrolldienstverlening. Daarom zoeken we een payroll consultant die zich verder wil ontwikkelen in het vak én mee wil bouwen aan deze nieuwe dienstverlening. Sta jij aan het begin van je payrollcarrière of heb je al een paar jaar ervaring en wil je versnellen? Dan is dit jouw kans. - Payroll - Parttime/Fulltime - 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring - Oosterhout, hybride - €3.000 - €4.500 Wat ga je doen? Als payroll consultant werk je samen met ervaren collega's aan een correcte en professionele salarisverwerking voor onze klanten. Je krijgt de ruimte om te leren, verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en stap voor stap meer complexiteit op te pakken. Tegelijk denk je mee over hoe we ons payrollteam en onze dienstverlening slim en toekomstbestendig inrichten. Concreet ga jij je bezighouden met: - Ondersteunen bij het opzetten en inrichten van salarisadministraties voor klanten. - Meewerken aan salarisruns. - Contact onderhouden met klanten over payrollvragen. - Meedenken over cao's, pensioenen en arbeidsrechtelijke onderwerpen. - Signaleren van verbeterpunten in processen en systemen. Wat vragen wij van je? Je bent leergierig, zorgvuldig en vindt het leuk om je te verdiepen in payroll. Je durft vragen te stellen, neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werk en zoekt actief de samenwerking op. Je hoeft nog niet alles te kunnen, wél de ambitie te hebben om meer te leren. Daarnaast heb je: - Minstens één jaar ervaring in payroll of salarisadministratie - HBO werk- en denkniveau - Een (bijna) afgeronde vakopleiding - dit is een pré. Wij kunnen je hier ook in faciliteren! - Interesse in advisering en klantcontact - Ervaring met AFAS, Visma YouForce, loket, Nmbrs of vergelijkbare software.
