Payroll is misschien niet het meest sexy woord uit HR. Tot je ontdekt hoeveel er eigenlijk achter zit...

Loonverwerking, sociale wetgeving, contracten, tijdsregistratie, afwezigheden, personeelsdossiers… en vooral: ervoor zorgen dat alles klopt.

Jij en Evelien vormen samen het HR-team. Zij is positief, gedreven en altijd klaar om vooruit te gaan. Jij bent degene die zich vastbijt in hard HR en payroll.

  • Loon volgens ervaring €2750 - €3400 bruto
  • Glijdende werkuen met opstart 7u30 - 9u
  • Maaltijdcheques €8, Ecocheques €250, CAO90 €500 / jaar, etc.

Je hoeft dus geen wandelende sociale wetgeving te zijn. Wel iemand die snel mee is, graag bijleert en niet bang is om zelf initiatief te nemen!

Wat ga je doen?

  • Payroll voorbereiden en opvolgen samen met SD Worx.
  • Tijdregistraties controleren, afwezigheden en verlof verwerken.
  • Looncorrecties opvolgen & de personeelsdossiers up-to-date houden.
  • Contracten en attesten opmaken voor huidige & nieuwe collega's.
  • Sociale wetgeving verder leren toepassen.
  • Medewerkers helpen met HR- en payrollvragen.

Waar ga je werken? Je werkt samen met Evelien: positief, gedreven en altijd klaar om vooruit te gaan. Jullie houden de communicatielijnen kort en de deur staat letterlijk en figuurlijk open.

En binnenkort? Een modern nieuw kantoor, want ook de werkomgeving krijgt een upgrade. "Ga nie, besta nie" is hier de slogan! Een bedrijf waar collegialiteit en dienstbaarheid hoog aangeschreven staan!

  • Je bent collegiaal, denkt in oplossingen, niet in problemen.
  • Je bent geen brompot.
