Dan hebben we een mooie plek voor je in ons centrale marketingteam. Als Junior Performance Marketing Search Specialist werk je aan Search-campagnes voor verschillende merken, opleidingen en events. Je hebt al enige ervaring met Google Ads en wilt je verder ontwikkelen in een omgeving waarin je meer diepgang, verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte krijgt om te leren. Je werkt samen met ervaren Search- en Paid Social Performance Marketeers en krijgt de kans om campagnes echt te doorgronden, resultaten te analyseren en structureel te verbeteren binnen een eigen portfolio. Je komt te werken in een hecht, jong en gedreven team met performance marketeers (Search, Paid Social en Display), product marketeers (opleidingen en events), social marketeers en marketingmanagement. We houden van samenwerken én plezier maken: van samen een rondje lopen tijdens de lunch tot gezellige teamuitjes, zoals sushi eten of karaoke. Wat ga je doen? - Opzetten, beheren en optimaliseren van Google Ads Search-campagnes - Werken met branded en non-branded Search - Uitvoeren van zoekwoordonderzoek en optimaliseren van campagnestructuren en advertenties - Monitoren van budgetten, conversies en andere belangrijke KPI's - Meedenken over A/B-tests en conversie-optimalisaties - Analyseren van resultaten en vertalen van data naar concrete verbeteringen - Delen van inzichten en learnings met je collega's Wie ben jij?
