Je helpt hen met dagelijkse bankzaken zoals betalen, sparen en verzekeren en zorgt ervoor dat zij zich welkom en geholpen voelen. Je hoeft nog geen ervaring binnen de bancaire sector te hebben. Wel beschik je over een servicegerichte instelling en haal je plezier uit het voeren van gesprekken met klanten. Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen de financiële dienstverlening en wordt begeleid bij het behalen van de benodigde WFT-certificaten. De functie biedt veel afwisseling. Je ontvangt klanten op kantoor, ondersteunt bij vragen en denkt actief mee over passende oplossingen. De vragen zijn uitlopend en variëren van simpelere vragen over het aanvragen van een nieuwe bankpas tot vragen over leningen, spaarrekeningen en verzekeringen. Daarnaast krijg je ruimte om eigen ideeën aan te dragen en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen de organisatie.
