Bij dit familiaal bedrijf krijg je de kans om het vak van binnendeuren plaatsen stap voor stap aan te leren. Je hoeft geen jaren ervaring te hebben. Wat telt, is je motivatie, je inzet en je zin om bij te leren. De rest leer je op de werkvloer, samen met collega’s die de tijd nemen om alles uit te leggen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Als junior plaatser leer je het vak in de praktijk van een ervaren collega die je alles stap voor stap uitlegt.
  • Je helpt bij het plaatsen van binnendeuren op werven en bij particulieren.
  • Je leert werken met het juiste gereedschap en materiaal.
  • Je vertrekt elke ochtend met een volledig voorbereide camionette.
  • In het begin ondersteun je vooral, daarna krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid, op jouw tempo.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een familiaal bouwbedrijf met een hecht team van 17 collega’s. De sfeer is rustig en collegiaal: iedereen helpt elkaar en niemand wordt in het diepe gegooid. Hier krijg je tijd om te leren en de kans om op lange termijn door te groeien tot een echte vakman.

  • Je hebt interesse in hout, interieur of bouw.
  • Je werkt graag met je handen en bent niet bang om fysiek werk te doen.
  • Je spreekt voldoende Nederlands om uitleg te begrijpen.
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B of bent bereid dit te halen.
  • Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste.
