The posting

Als Junior Planner maak je deel uit van het operationele team dat dagelijks instaat voor een vlotte organisatie van internationale transporten van en naar het buitenland. Je krijgt een grondige opleiding en leert stap voor stap de UK-planning kennen. In deze rol werk je nauw samen met planners, customer service en externe partners om ervoor te zorgen dat alle transporten volgens planning verlopen.

Jouw taken

  • Opvolgen en ondersteunen van de dagelijkse transportplanning.
  • Controleren of transporten volgens planning verlopen en bijsturen waar nodig.
  • Onderhouden van contacten met onderaannemers en transportpartners.
  • Terugkoppeling geven aan planners en customer service collega's.
  • Prioriteiten bepalen en afstemmen met collega's en de teamleader.
  • Meehelpen aan een efficiënte en kwalitatieve dienstverlening.
  • Administratief opvolgen van transportdossiers.
  • Stap voor stap uitgroeien tot een belangrijke schakel binnen het UK-team.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma of hebt een gelijkwaardig denk- en werkniveau.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een eerste relevante werkervaring, maar een sterke motivatie en leergierigheid zijn minstens even belangrijk.
  • Affiniteit met transport en logistiek is een mooie troef.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en kan een hoog werktempo aanhouden.
  • Je denkt proactief mee en neemt initiatief.
  • Je bent flexibel en kan vlot omgaan met veranderende prioriteiten.
  • Je hebt een sterk organisatorisch inzicht.
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig en werkt graag samen met collega's en externe partners.
  • Je beschikt over een hands-on mentaliteit en durft verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.
  • Je blijft rustig en professioneel in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend en communiceert vlot in het Engels.
