Als Junior Planner Wegtransport ben je mede verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt inplannen van de dagelijkse ritten en het opvangen van ad-hoc wijzigingen onderweg. Je fungeert hierbij als de cruciale administratieve en communicatieve schakel tussen de magazijnen, de chauffeurs en de klanten.

  • Transportplanning: Je ondersteunt bij het opstellen en optimaliseren van de dagelijkse rittenplanning voor onze binnenkomende en uitgaande transporten.
  • Chauffeurs- & Ritcontact: Je staat in direct contact met de chauffeurs om hen te briefen, hun status op te volgen en bij te sturen waar nodig.
  • Administratieve Verwerking: Je zorgt voor de correcte invoer van transportgegevens in het systeem en ondersteunt bij de voorbereiding van de transitie naar SAP.
  • Probleemoplossing: Bij vertragingen of knelpunten onderweg denk je proactief mee over snelle, logistieke oplossingen en breng je de betrokken partijen direct op de hoogte.
  • Samenwerking: Je stemt constant af met het magazijn om de laad- en losmomenten naadloos op elkaar te laten aansluiten.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt een relevante logistieke opleiding afgerond (bijvoorbeeld een Bachelor of secundair diploma in logistiek management of transport).
  • Je bent een schoolverlater met een sterke stage achter de rug, óf je hebt al een eerste korte ervaring opgedaan binnen een dispatch- of transportomgeving.
  • Je bent bereid te werken in een wekelijks wisselend ploegensysteem (06u00-14u00 en 14u00-22u00).
  • e spreekt uitstekend Nederlands en Engels, en kan je goed behelpen in het Frans (hoeft iet perfect te zijn).
