Jij ziet kansen nog voordat een renovatieproject begint. Als Junior Planvoorbereider Renovatie werk je mee aan de voorbereiding van uitdagende bouwprojecten en zorg je voor een sterke basis. Een ideale functie om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen de bouw. Wat ga je doen?Als Junior Planvoorbereider Renovatie ondersteun je bij de voorbereiding van renovatie- en verduurzamingsprojecten voor onze opdrachtgever. Je beoordeelt tekeningen, verzamelt projectinformatie en denkt mee over technische oplossingen die aansluiten bij de wensen van de opdrachtgever. Daarnaast help je bij het opstellen van planningen, begrotingen en projectdocumentatie. Je onderhoudt contact met leveranciers, adviseurs en andere betrokken partijen om ervoor te zorgen dat alle informatie compleet is voordat de uitvoering start. Je krijgt de kans om ervaring op te doen met bouwkundige vraagstukken, calculaties en projectvoorbereiding. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met planvoorbereiders, calculators en projectleiders, waardoor je veel leert over het complete bouwproces. Je denkt actief mee over efficiënte werkmethoden, duurzame oplossingen en kostenbewuste keuzes. Zo lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan succesvolle renovatieprojecten binnen de woning- en utiliteitsbouw. Jouw werkzaamheden - Ondersteunen bij de voorbereiding van renovatie- en verduurzamingsprojecten; - Analyseren van tekeningen, bestekken en projectinformatie; - Opstellen van planningen en projectdocumentatie; - Opvragen en vergelijken van offertes van leveranciers en onderaannemers; - Meedenken over technische en bouwkundige oplossingen; - Ondersteunen bij kostencalculaties en begrotingen; - Signaleren van risico’s en verbetermogelijkheden tijdens de planvoorbereiding Wat heb jij in huis? - Een afgeronde mbo of hbo-opleiding Bouwkunde; - Interesse in renovatie, onderhoud en verduurzaming; - Bouwkundig inzicht en een analytische instelling; - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden; - Ervaring met Microsoft Office; kennis van AutoCAD of Re.
