Als junior PLC-programmeur vertaal je mechanische oplossingen naar besturingslogica voor groenteverwerkingsmachines. Je werkt bij een machinebouwer in Andijk die systemen ontwikkelt voor de opslag en verwerking van aardappelen en groenten, met klanten in meer dan 70 landen. Functie-inhoud - Je vertaalt mechanische oplossingen naar besturingslogica. - Je ontwerpt, bouwt en onderhoudt besturingssystemen voor groenteverwerkingsmachines. - Je test de besturing in de montagehal in hetzelfde pand. - Je past de gemeenschappelijke systeembasis aan op de toepassing van iedere klant. - Je begeleidt waar nodig de installatie van machines op locatie en lost technische vragen op. Functie-eisen - Je hebt hbo-werk- en -denkniveau in mechatronica of industriële automatisering, verkregen door opleiding en/of werkervaring. - Je hebt kennis van CODESYS, JMobile Studio en IEC 61131-3. - Je hebt kennis van embedded software, frequentieregelaars en industriële veldbussystemen. - Ervaring met het opstellen van elektrische schema’s in EPLAN is een pré. - Je werkt accuraat en durft kritisch te zijn. Aanbod - Je kunt aan de slag via een detavastconstructie. - Je werkt voornamelijk op kantoor, met mogelijke inzet bij installaties op locatie. - Je hebt een montagehal in hetzelfde pand om je besturing direct op machines te testen. - Je werkt aan verschillende klanttoepassingen binnen de internationale machinebouw.
