FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Wij zijn opzoek naar een ploegbaas die in 3 ploegen kan werken. Voor een bedrijf in Lummen.

Je kan een eerste ervaring als ploegbaas of teamleader in een productie-omgeving voorleggen!

Het loon ligt rond € 18 à € 19 (afhankelijk van je ervaring) + ploegenpremies.

Taken:

  • Je voert dagelijks overleg met de andere ploegbaas.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer.
  • Je houdt toezicht op de uitvoering van de werkzaamheden.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het afhandelen en opvolgen van administratieve taken, zoals het registreren van de geproduceerde hoeveelheden.
  • Je bevordert een goede werksfeer en coacht de medewerkers.
  • Het personeel verdelen over de werkposten alsook aansturen en begeleiden.

PROFIEL Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands.
  • Werken in een roterend 2 ploegensysteem.
  • Je hebt goede communicatieve en leiderschapskwaliteiten.
  • Je neemt zelf initiatief.
  • Je staat open om opleidingen te volgen.
  • Meerdere jaren ervaring als verantwoordelijke of ploegbaas in de metaalsector.
  • Je kunt vlot met een computer overweg.
  • Attesten voor heftruck, hoogtewerker en verreiker zijn een groot pluspunt.
  • Geen vrees voor werken op hoogte.
