Je organiseert overleggen, maakt rapportages en helpt operationele knelpunten aan te pakken. Daarmee draag je bij aan minder uitval van het openbaar vervoer. De salarisindicatie bedraagt €3.553,- tot €4.386,- bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur. Je start bij voorkeur op 19 oktober 2026 en krijgt uitzicht op een vaste functie na het eerste jaar. Afhankelijk van jouw ontwikkeling kun je doorgroeien richting ontwikkelmanager. wat ga je doen? Als Junior PMO Medewerker ondersteun je het team dat werkt aan het verminderen van rituitval. Je zorgt dat overleggen goed zijn voorbereid, informatie vindbaar is en gemaakte afspraken daadwerkelijk worden opgevolgd. Binnen de aanpak Grip op Uitval werk je samen met de voorzitter, ketenregisseurs en een analist. - Voorbereiden van agenda's en verzamelen van vergaderstukken - Notuleren van overleggen en vastleggen van besluiten - Bewaken van actiepunten, deadlines en gemaakte afspraken - Inrichten en bijhouden van de SharePoint-omgeving - Opstellen van rapportages over operationele knelpunten - Uitwerken van voorstellen om werkprocessen te verbeteren - Afstemmen met betrokken afdelingen bij bijzondere situaties en grote evenementen - Voorbereiden van documentatie voor overleg en besluitvorming Denk bijvoorbeeld aan terugkerende deurstoringen waardoor trams uitvallen. Jij helpt informatie te ordenen, brengt betrokken collega's bij elkaar en bewaakt de opvolging. Waar kom je te werken? Je werkt bij een openbaarvervoerorganisatie in Amsterdam.
