Wat ga je doen?

Bouw mee aan een veilige en gezonde werkomgeving als preventie-adviseur in een moderne productieomgeving.

Onze klant is een internationale producent met een sterke lokale verankering. Innovatie, kwaliteit en duurzaamheid staan centraal, net als de zorg voor medewerkers. Je komt terecht in een organisatie waar veiligheid, samenwerking en continue verbetering elke dag vooropstaan.

Als preventieadviseur niveau II ben je een belangrijke schakel in het veiligheids- en milieubeleid van de productievestiging. Je werkt nauw samen met de Plant Manager, ondersteunt medewerkers op de werkvloer en neemt initiatief om veiligheid, gezondheid en welzijn blijvend te versterken.

Je ondersteunt de Plant Manager bij de dagelijkse uitrol van het veiligheidsbeleid volgens de wettelijke en interne richtlijnen.

Je bouwt actief mee aan een sterke veiligheidscultuur en verhoogt het veiligheidsbewustzijn op de werkvloer.

Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor veiligheid, gezondheid, welzijn en milieu binnen de vestiging.

Je adviseert over veiligheidsvereisten bij nieuwe installaties en investeringen.

Je maakt indienststellingsverslagen op en voert samen met leidinggevenden en operatoren risico- en taakrisicoanalyses uit.

Je onderzoekt incidenten, bijna-ongevallen en arbeidsongevallen en vertaalt de bevindingen naar concrete preventiemaatregelen.

Je registreert analyses en acties correct in het safetyportaal.

Je organiseert het Comité voor Preventie en Bescherming op het Werk (CPBW) en verzorgt de bijhorende administratie, rapporteringen en verslagen.

Je volgt de evoluties binnen de welzijnswetgeving op en vertaalt deze naar een praktische aanpak.

Je werkt mee aan verbeterprojecten zoals het Plant Improvement Program, 5S, opleidingsprogramma's en Standard Operating Procedures.

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Plant Manager en werkt nauw samen met de centrale preventieadviseurs en collega's van andere vestigingen.

Je neemt deel aan maandelijkse overlegmomenten waarin kennis, ervaringen en best practices worden gedeeld.

Wie ben jij?

Je beschikt over een diploma Preventieadviseur niveau II.

Je hebt ervaring als preventie-adviseur, bij voorkeur binnen een geautomatiseerde productieomgeving.

Je kan zelfstandig risicoanalyses, indienststellingsverslagen en ongevallenanalyses uitvoeren.

Je communiceert vlot met medewerkers, leidinggevenden en externe partners.

Je bent assertief en weet mensen op een positieve manier mee te nemen in veiligheidsinitiatieven.

Je werkt proactief, neemt initiatief en bent graag aanwezig op de werkvloer.

Je bent een echte teamspeler die oplossingsgericht denkt en continu wil verbeteren.

Opleiding: Bachelor werk- en denkniveau met diploma Preventieadviseur niveau II.

- Opleidingsvereisten:

Attesten: Diploma Preventieadviseur niveau II.

- Vakkennis:

Ervaring met risicoanalyses, veiligheidswetgeving, ongevallenonderzoek, CPBW, 5S en bij voorkeur ervaring binnen een geautomatiseerde productieomgeving.

- Talenkennis:

Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend.
