The posting

  • Je spoort gevaren op in werkplaatsen, magazijnen en op de verschillende sites en voert gerichte risicoanalyses uit.
  • Je vertaalt risicoanalyses in concrete adviezen en preventieve maatregelen die aansluiten bij de praktijk op de werkvloer.
  • Je bereidt het globaal preventieplan en het jaarlijks actieplan (JAP) voor en volgt de uitvoering op in nauwe samenwerking met de directie.
  • Je doet aangifte van arbeidsongevallen, onderzoekt de oorzaken en volgt de dossiers verder administratief en inhoudelijk op.
  • Je beheert re-integratietrajecten en stemt af met betrokken medewerkers, leidinggevenden en externe partners.
  • Je voert jaarlijkse rondgangen uit op de verschillende sites en actualiseert het intern noodplan op basis van je bevindingen.
  • Je treedt op als secretaris van het CPBW, stelt verslagen op en werkt duidelijke actiepunten uit.
  • Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt (SPOC) voor de externe preventiedienst en onderhoudt de samenwerking rond advies en opvolging.
  • Je plant en coördineert medische onderzoeken en organiseert de jaarlijkse griepvaccinatie in overleg met de betrokken diensten.
  • Je organiseert interne en externe opleidingen, zoals EHBO, heftruckopleidingen en opleidingen vakbekwaamheid.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat wetgeving rond preventie en bescherming op het werk correct wordt toegepast en praktisch vertaald naar procedures.
  • Je ondersteunt de uitbouw en het onderhoud van zorgsystemen zoals VCA en kwaliteitssystemen zoals ISO 9001 en ISO 45001.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met leidinggevenden op de verschillende vestigingen om veiligheidsacties en sensibilisering te verankeren.
  • Je combineert administratieve opvolging met regelmatige aanwezigheid op de sites, zodat je voeling houdt met de realiteit.
  • Je rapporteert aan de directie over de stand van zaken van het preventiebeleid en doet voorstellen voor verbetering.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een hogere technische opleiding afgerond en beschikt over een diploma preventieadviseur niveau 2.
  • Je kent de relevante wetgeving rond veiligheid en welzijn en weet deze pragmatisch toe te passen op de werkvloer.
  • Je luistert goed, communiceert overtuigend en kan medewerkers en leidinggevenden sensibiliseren rond veiligheid.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd, bent stipt en nauwkeurig in je administratie, rapportering en opvolging.
  • Je hebt inzicht en ervaring met zorgsystemen zoals VCA en kwaliteitssystemen zoals ISO 9001 en ISO 45001; bijkomende certificeringen zijn een plus.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B, zodat je vlot de verschillende vestigingen kan bezoeken.
