Met verschillende plants in Nederland en België worden consumenten over de hele wereld bediend. Door het productieproces continu te verbeteren en innovatie centraal te stellen, wordt er goed geluisterd naar de wensen van de klant. Op deze manier wordt er geproduceerd met de nieuwste technieken en hightech machines die de kwaliteit van het product waarborgen. Werken bij dit bedrijf betekent werken bij een familiebedrijf dat constant innoveert en luistert naar zijn medewerkers en klanten. Als Procesoperator werk je met de nieuwste geautomatiseerde machines en installaties. Je bent continu bezig met de waarborging van de optimale kwaliteit van het product. Daarnaast draag je bij aan een vlekkeloos verloop van het proces en zorg je voor een goed draaiende productiemachine. Functie-inhoud - Bedienen van de nieuwste geautomatiseerde machines en installaties - Opstarten, instellen en omstellen van de machines - Zorgdragen voor een efficiënt verloop van het productieproces - Invoeren en controleren van de juiste waardes in de machines - Verrichten van controles en eerstelijns onderhoud aan de machines en installaties - Bedienen, controleren en regelen van verschillende processen waarbij deze gelijktijdig plaatsvinden - Verhelpen van kleine technische storingen en uitvoeren van proces- en kwaliteitscontroles - Opstellen van werkinstructies - Afnemen van monsters en beoordelen van de kwaliteit van het eindproduct Functie-eisen - Minimaal een afgeronde MBO-opleiding in de richting van Procestechniek, Vapro A/B, Algemene Operationele Techniek (AOT) of vergelijkbaar niveau door ervaring als Procesoperator - Kwaliteitsbewust en ...
