Junior Procesoperator/Brouwer Tussen €47.520 en €57.000 Per maand Beschrijving Bij Brouwerij Bavaria wordt 24/7 bier gebrouwen dat wereldwijd terugkomt in supermarkten, horeca en op feesten en festivals. Jij leert werken met grote installaties, duidelijke processen én straks het resultaat van je werk proeven in een glas bier. Samen met zo'n 40 betrokken collega's hou je het brouwproces en de installaties in topconditie. Je werkt met moderne hightech installaties en slimme automatisering, afwisselend vanuit de controlekamer én op de werkvloer. De familiecultuur en de waarden van het bedrijf zorgen voor een positieve werkomgeving en goede doorgroeikansen. Functie-inhoud - Helpen bij het bedienen en controleren van de installaties in de brouwerij. - Bewaken van het brouwproces van brouwen en gisten tot lageren en filtreren met je team. - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en registreren van procesgegevens. - Signaleren van afwijkingen en leren deze op te lossen onder begeleiding van collega's. - Meedenken over verbeteringen en medeverantwoordelijk zijn voor smaak, kwaliteit en continuïteit van het bier. Functie-eisen - Afgeronde mbo niveau 3 of 4 opleiding, bijvoorbeeld in procestechniek of levensmiddelentechnologie. - Bereid om in een 5-ploegendienst te werken. - Technisch inzichtelijk en een echte aanpakker. - Nauwkeurig en leert rustig te blijven bij afwijkingen in het proces. - Wil jezelf ontwikkelen, verantwoordelijkheid leren nemen en werkt volgens de kernwaarden: eigenaarschap, ondernemerschap en samenwerken.
