The role requires flexibility, as the areas of support within the HR department are quite broad - from recruitment and onboarding to assisting with the translation of more complex topics related to our drivers' working time and payroll settlements. The main tasks of the person employed in this position will include supporting the recruitment processes and ongoing cooperation with domestic and foreign employment agencies. The person in this position will also be in contact with employees, supporting them in preparing and completing the required documentation. The duties will also include checking the correctness, compliance, and completeness of documents, entering data into systems, and scanning and archiving documentation. An essential element of the job will also be explaining any discrepancies in documents in cooperation with employees and domestic and foreign clients. The scope of duties will also include ongoing control of costs associated with the implementation of assigned tasks. We have your job!
