Junior Product Owner ScaleUp Amsterdam Vast 65k Bedrijfsprofiel Onze klant Activate Your Business is een softwarebureau in de regio Amsterdam met zo'n 15 man: developers, designers en een founder. Geen laag accountmanagers ertussen, jij werkt rechtstreeks met de mensen die de code schrijven. Activate Your Business bouwt geen websites, maar systemen waar bedrijven op draaien: leveranciersportalen, orderbeheersystemen, klantomgevingen, koppelingen met ERP- en CRM-systemen, soms een volledig maatwerk SaaS-platform. Hun klanten zijn Nederlandse MKB-bedrijven die iets nodig hebben dat niet uit een doosje komt. Het bedrijf groeit hard, er komt letterlijk elke maand meer werk binnen dan er intern kan worden opgevangen. Dat is precies waarom deze rol nu ontstaat. Geen bedrijf dat al jaren op dezelfde manier draait, maar een club die nog volop aan het bouwen is aan zijn eigen manier van werken. Waar jij dus ook echt invloed hebt op hoe dat straks gaat. Functie omschrijving Er is al een Product Owner, maar die heeft z'n handen vol aan de grote, complexe klantprojecten. Jij begint als zijn rechterhand en groeit vanaf dag één toe naar je eigen projecten. In het begin: - Vertaal je klantvragen (aangeleverd door de andere Product Owner) naar concrete taken voor developers - Zit je er bovenop dat deadlines gehaald worden en dat developers weten wat er van ze verwacht wordt - Zie je risico's en obstakels aankomen voordat ze een probleem worden Maar dit is geen rol waar je blijft hangen in de uitvoering. Naarmate je het laat zien, trek je zelf kleinere klantprojecten volledig: functionele uitwerking, uren inschatten, tot het gesprek met de klant over hoe je het aanpakt. Dat is niet symbolisch, dat is een echt project met een echt budget en een echte klant die op jou rekent. Omdat het bedrijf zelf hard groeit, groeit die verantwoordelijkheid mee.
