Ben jij analytisch sterk, nieuwsgierig naar productieprocessen en graag aanwezig op de werkvloer? Zoek je een eerste of tweede stap binnen controlling waarbij je impact hebt op operationele prestaties én de kans krijgt om door te groeien? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou.

Als Junior Productiecontroller combineer je data-analyse met praktijkobservaties. Je werkt nauw samen met productieverantwoordelijken en brengt processen, rendementen en kostprijzen in kaart om zo bij te dragen aan continue verbetering.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je voert metingen en observaties uit op de productievloer en werkt dagelijks samen met lijn- en afdelingsverantwoordelijken.
  • Je analyseert productieprocessen en verzamelt gegevens over rendementen, verbruiken en prestaties.
  • Je brengt nieuwe en bestaande producten in kaart en houdt rekening met seizoensgebonden assortimenten.
  • Je berekent, analyseert en rapporteert kostprijzen op basis van jouw vaststellingen.
  • Je detecteert verbetermogelijkheden en denkt actief mee over optimalisaties binnen de productieomgeving.
  • Je ondersteunt het controllingteam bij rapporteringen, analyses en projecten.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen domein en groeit stapsgewijs uit tot een belangrijke sparringpartner voor productie en finance.

Dit is geen klassieke bureaufunctie. Je bent het grootste deel van je tijd aanwezig in de productieomgeving om processen, rendementen en kostprijzen van dichtbij te analyseren.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Je hebt een sterk analytisch en logisch denkvermogen.
  • Je bent geïnteresseerd in productieomgevingen en leert graag de praktijk achter de cijfers kennen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel en leert vlot nieuwe systemen en ERP-software aan.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in een functie waarbij je ongeveer 80% van je tijd op de werkvloer doorbrengt.
  • Je bent ondernemend, leergierig en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je communiceert vlot met collega's op verschillende niveaus.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken maar functioneert ook goed in team.
  • Je gaat verantwoordelijkheid niet uit de weg en kan prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of relevante ervaring.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een basiskennis van Frans en Engels.
  • Je bent bereid te werken in een wisselend uurrooster: Week 1: opstart om 5u00 - Week 2: opstart om 8u00
