The posting

Als Junior productiemanager werk je nauw samen met de productieverantwoordelijke aan de dagelijkse werking van onze productieomgeving. Je combineert leiderschap met een hands-on aanpak en zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteit, efficiëntie en samenwerking centraal staan. Je stuurt een team van ongeveer 20 productiemedewerkers aan en geeft hen duidelijke instructies.

Je bewaakt de dagelijkse productieplanning en stuurt tijdelijk bij. Bovendien werk je nauw samen met verschillende interne afdelingen zoals techniek, kwaliteit, R&D en verkoop, zodat informatie correct en efficiënt doorstroomt en processen optimaal op elkaar afgestemd blijven. Daarnaast zie je toe op orde en netheid op de werkvloer en waak je over de naleving van veiligheids-, hygiene-, HACCP- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften. Je volgt productierapporteringen op, analyseert resultaten en zet deze om in concrete verbeteracties.

Je denkt actief mee na over optimalisatie van machines, werkwijzen en investeringen en volgt verbeterprojecten mee op. Als co-productieverantwoordelijke ben je dagelijks aanwezig op de werkvloer, signaleer je werkpunten en neem je initiatief. Je draagt bij tot een positieve en resultaatgerichte productieomgeving.

  • Je behaalde een bachelor of master diploma, bij voorkeur in de ingenieurswetenschappen
  • Je hebt minstens enkele jaren ervaring binnen een voedingsbedrijf en kennis van HACCP
  • Je hebt interesse in operational excellence en optimalisatie
  • Je bent stressbestendig en werkt graag in teamverband
  • Je communiceert duidelijk, je bent besluitvaardig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid
