Wat je doet

  • Je organiseert jezelf dusdanig dat je makkelijk de juiste informatie (levertermijnen, productiecapaciteit …) kan communiceren met de verkoopafdeling en de klant.
  • Je houdt rekening met de beschikbare machines, materiaal, transportafstand en mensenzodoende de productie te organiseren i.f.v. de gevraagde levertermijnen. Dit doe je voor een multi site omgeving waarbij de productie plaatsvindt op verschillende locaties. Samen met je supervisor vang je bottlenecks rond mensen of materiaal op.
  • Je zoekt een werkbaar evenwicht tussen het voorop lopen op de gevraagde levertermijnen en het innemen van stockageplaats. Ook de up-time van machines weet je te maximaliseren door set-ups en coil wissels te minimaliseren.
  • Spoedbestellingen en herproducties leid je in goede banen.
  • Je communiceert met de onderhoudsverantwoordelijke om de beschikbaarheid van het machinepark en de kwaliteit van het eindproduct constant hoog te houden.
  • Je controleert of de productiebonnen en het nodige materiaal beschikbaar zijn. Je zorgt er ook voor dat de materialen op de machine correct geregistreerd zijn in SAP.

Wie je bent

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je bent administratief sterk, organisatorisch en hebt een analytische blik.
  • Je stelt je flexibel en stressbestendig op.
  • Kennis van SAP is een plus
