Klaar om de logistieke puzzel van een internationale speler op te lossen en direct impact te maken?

Binnen dit groeiende productieteam krijg je als starter de perfecte kans om de operationele lijnen uit te zetten. Het team zoekt een scherpe Junior Productieplanner die logistieke stromen moeiteloos coordineert tussen verschillende productielocaties.

De werkgever zoekt een analytische starter met een scherp organisatorisch vermogen die goed presteert onder gezonde tijdsdruk. Jij herkent jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Opleidingsniveau: Je hebt minimaal een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma op zak.
  • Studierichting: Je hebt een relevante opleiding afgerond, bij voorkeur in de richting van Logistiek Management, Supply Chain Management, Handelswetenschappen, Bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbare economische/technische richting.
  • Werkervaring: Je bent een schoolverlater of hebt maximaal 6 maanden vaste werkervaring. Geen ervaring is hier dus perfect; je krijgt de ruimte om het vak te leren!
  • Talenkennis: Je communiceert vloeiend in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Vaardigheden: Je bent administratief sterk en flexibel inzetbaar. Kennis van SAP is een mooie plus, maar je krijgt sowieso de kans om dit te leren. Je beschikt daarnaast over een rijbewijs B.

In deze rol ben jij de schakel tussen de verkoopafdeling, de productie en de uiteindelijke klant. Je zorgt voor een vlekkeloze planning over meerdere productiesites heen. Jouw dagelijkse impact en concrete taken zijn:

  • Capaciteit afstemmen: Je organiseert de productie op basis van de beschikbare machines, materialen, menskracht en transportafstanden om de gevraagde levertermijnen te garanderen.
  • Efficientie maximaliseren: Je minimaliseert machine-instellingen en materiaalwissels (zoals coil-wissels) om de up-time van het machinepark zo hoog mogelijk te houden.
  • Voorraad en levertijd balanceren: Je zoekt continu naar een werkbaar evenwicht tussen snel leveren en het slim benutten van de opslagruimte.
  • Knelpunten oplossen: Samen met de supervisor vang je bottlenecks rondom personeel of materiaal snel op. Ook spoedbestellingen en herproducties leid je soepel in goede banen.
  • Kwaliteit en administratie bewaken: Je communiceert met de onderhoudsverantwoordelijke over de machinebeschikbaarheid, controleert productiebonnen en registreert alle materialen nauwkeurig in SAP.
